The “natural” in our Honduran Natural coffee refers to the processing after being harvested. While most coffee beans are separated from the coffee cherry after harvesting, a “natural” processed coffee will be kept in the cherry while the coffee dries. This allows for natural sugars from the cherry to be absorbed into the beans, developing complex flavors. Look for strawberry and tart cherry flavors combined with a perfect medium body and exquisite finish.
